Rose Kriya has come through to help navigate the forthcoming intense energies over the next few years. Personally I feel it will get crazier and crazier out there and anyone who is going more and more into heightened ESP will simultaneously be feeling the collective energies more and will need the tools to anchor and ground. This is what has been shown to me personally to manage this and after dedicated personal practice, I have now decided to share it with others.

ROSE KRIYA is ancient sacred practices of HIMALAYAN KRIYA & PRANAYAM + WAY OF THE ROSE mysticism as ancient mary temple practice and initiation rites such as guided journeying into other realms for direct transmission, and communion with the higher self in heart through self listening.

We are bringing kriya and pranayam back into the sacred ma-re temples. Working with the two fishes or eyes of the pineal and womb or hara is ancient temple practise to go into the spiritual heart and open to the light of your soul essence.

Nothing but this light is true, and all else is not, and so it is.

Rose Kriya has come from my own committed practise on the spiritual path of gathered tools that I personally find the absolute best to manage the current energies an ESP medium with high sensitivity, to stay upright and clear in a topsy turvy unclear world, for fast access to my own higher self and heart knowing as I move through the matrix, as well as fast access to staying grounded and in-body, even as a emergency tool to shift energies fast (be it internal trauma, ascension symptoms or outside interferences creating disregulation), and to keep returning to remembering to sit fully on my throne in my temple with divine dignity intact anchored in my being and my truth.

I have been shown a dusty forgotten ancient book with a hidden chapter to bring alive again for this time. That chapter was Rose Kriya. It combines the essence of Babaji's Himalayan Kriya practices with the essence of rose mysticism in a new way that is also ancient and highly sacred, with Babaji's initiation, encouragement and blessing amongst other guides both masculine and feminine, such as Mary and Mataji. The ancient yogis all revere the divine feminine and are anointed by her.

High and sacred spiritual techniques like kriya have often been held in secret in hidden realms, or partly accessible only in a certain way, in order to protect them & maintain sacred respect, reserved only for those who were truly ready; yet this secrecy enabled the teachings or teachers to become more easily corrupted, used as political control machines and governed by patriarchal programs, with the more feminine aspect of teachings being abandoned or even demeaned.

It is certainly ironic that the yogic path which is all about dropping ego, has become littered with organisations steeped in ego, and we are now having to strip that away to find the true essence - just like the spiritual journey that is taking place within us, aka the hero's journey home.

With the rise of exposure of these corruptions, many yogic and spiritual paths have tipped into the other extreme with mass accessibility, so that the sacred has become infiltrated by mass consumerism (where spirituality becomes about manifestation and desire) and thus with even less of the sacred feminine aspect than ever before, yet in guise of positive eco liberalism and liberation.

Although of course it is good that these teachings are becoming accessible, we must ensure to maintain their sacred essence so the sacred teachings do not turn into consumerist tools used for gain in commercial industries and politics, so we must ensure to balance sacred respect for both the true teachings and true teachers with our own inner knowing and our guru within. We must ensure not to go to the other extreme and tar true teachers and teachings with the same brush as corrupted ones.

Rose Kriya is therefore a response to these kinds of enquiries, a way of offering a practise that respects the true teachings as deeply sacred, recognising that truth coming from deep inner self listening & sacred respect, to attempt to come away from co-dependant spirituality and instead take self empowered responsibility, not looking to be saved & fixed or to save & fix. It is about bringing it back to the core of sacred practise and to the core of the inner Light, and into the feminine temple. With highest gentle respect working with kriya as part of Goddess temple rites, we work with the chalice and her yoni gates, for example, for root and yoni energy work to be taught to women by women as it once was in rose goddess temples. Rose Kriya is about encouraging practitioners to maintain sacred respect and only teach what we know is true from our inner direct knowing (gnosis) rather than a regurgitation of ethos that the mind has learnt.

This is all about approach and energy: it’s not what you say but how you say it, it’s not what you do but how you do it. It is possible for teachings to be accessible in a way that maintains respect, rather than as another empty trend. Rose Kriya also attempts to meet the healthy balance of value without it being overtly commercialised: one can put on a low price and it becomes de-valued, or put a high price that makes it cheap. The royal codes can never be sold but practitioners must of course be valued for their time.

Rose Kriya is not endorsed by a large organisation and although it may get accreditation in time, it is also recognised that many large organisation that give accreditation are owned by corrupted corporations and controversial leaders.

So Rose Kriya is all about these kind of balances, to find respect for self with respect for others, to restore the rose feminine aspect of the teachings, to honour the sacred core essence of the teachings and keep the sacred sacred in this time when all is being made easily available, yet to make them available to those ready for the harmony of this earth, for leaps in consciousness with safe integration of the current incoming light energies and for generally aiding the navigation of these times for those drawn and ready or resonant.

Way of the Rose

The feminine waters of the way of the rose of grace brings the hidden realms of intuition. This includes self listening, to know the self, as well as journeying into the mysteries to commune with the spiritual realms, with God/dess with Christed light, with your higher self and with spirit guides of the light if you are drawn, to receive direct transmission in a sacred way.

What is the Rose Chrism?

When we activate the auric rose chrism we are building your throne. What is your throne? It is your self regard, sitting tall in your sphere, your space, in your seat, in your royal codes and blessings, feeling beautiful as the queen, in colours perhaps of golds, blues, pinks, whites, embodied in divine dignity.

Activation of the rose chrism is activation of the auric field into diamond frequency initiating crystalline christed consciousness as a frequency. This is akin to the merkaba. The Rose Chrism auric sphere is the universal 8 directions of the compass and above below, activated within the energy field as a diamond within and without.

The Rose Chrism is both 'the christing of the rose' as well as 'the rosing of the christ'

It naturally works with the feminine to waken the masculine within and vice versa, a natural process of the practise. This practise is embodying the feminine aspect of yoga, and yet also with the masculine. This is for both woman and men. You do not have to be female for many yogis go through the feminine and revere the goddess.

In Rose Kriya, you are activating your rose chrism auric sphere in the energy field from both the rose frequency in the space the tools, precise techniques and exercises of Kriya and Pranayam. Although there is a teacher guide to transmit light, open the portal, hold the space, it is your own wisdom, decision and practise to go at your own pace on your very own unique path. Your higher self knows what to do, it all happens gently and naturally in the space. This has to be experienced and cannot be analysed too much with the mind.

The practice and the space itself naturally brings the white flame to light up key energy portals in your sphere such as the CHRISTED CHALICE (womb/hara/seat of power), CRYSTAL SKULL (pineal fish, cave of Brahma), and of course your SACRED HEART - this diamond light amplifies and activates the rose chrism for ascension crystaline consciousness.

When the rose chrism is lit in this safe embodied way of working with both the masculine and feminine in balance, we can then hold these higher frequencies in body in the every day with more ease, with the nervous system stabilised and grounded.

The rose chrism is both within you and without: it is your sacred crystalline sphere creates your reality from within you into the 'matrix' or 'divine play; of every day reality around you. Inner affects outer.

The connection and anchoring to source light along with being able to hold it in body with a stable nervous system is the foundations of all you seek, be it health, wealth, love, peace, fulfilment.

Building the Bridge with Balance

The aim of Rose Kriya is to build a bridge between heaven and earth, by becoming vertical through the spinal column, rooted in body safety and calm presence, to be able to sit within your own self on your own throne fully present in your body, thus open to higher realms, ascending with no disassociation.

This is the root of all abundance, be it health, wealth or love, and this is also the best 'protection' in a fast paced unnatural digital world where we are bombarded with overload of disturbances to the energy fields. As you build the bridge you connect the inner and the outer realms: as within, so without, as above so below, your masculine and feminine, your higher self and your human self.

The balancing in Rose Kriya includes -

From Duality into Unity

Thus when building this bridge we work with both the feminine and the masculine within us. Some see heaven energies as masculine but they also represent the feminine yin mysteries of the invisible realms, likewise some see the earth energies as feminine matter, but they also represent the yang physicality of the every day material realms and actions.

As the Empowered Director of your own Field

This practise invites you to be centred in every day reality as both the witness of your divine play (reality), and as the empowered God/dess who directs the divine play. The divine irony is that you are both the director of your reality and you are not the director. This means that God and/or your Higher Self is the director, and not your ego or mind (which makes a fantastic servant but a terrible master).

Rose Kriya brings awareness to balance control or mastery of your reality with surrender and flow. It naturally allows us to flow from subconscious living to superconscious, with non attachment and compassion for the self at times when we lose ourselves into the fog of forgetfulness and a way of getting back into verticality.

This is not a tool or modality to fix something you lack, this is not a tool to be better in some way, it is not a path to perfection to be some ascended being in some future, that is not here now (that is all lack, striving, ego and effort). This is a spiritual path of empowered presence to the fullness in the light within you that is here right now, along with both total self acceptance and yet total self responsibility for your own field. This is about dropping everything away (subconscious patterns) to be the true you (super conscious), but the irony is it is not to have to strive to become something else - because the striving will take you away from your light and instead bring you into mind and ego and lack! It is about total surrender to God, Light within and accessing higher frequency with the rose, with the kriya to stabilise the energy field to be able to hold that higher frequency in the nervous system as an ESP.

We realise we are beautiful and perfect as we are now and it is just the places where we don't believe in our true selves (ego) that need to drop away.

For Enlightenment is Here & Now

As we build the crystalline body we allow old programs to drop away and align more and more to the god realised self that we are already within and have always been. Each of us is already enlightened it is just that we forgot and the layers of illusion took over that took us out of body, out of safety, lost in the haze of mind illusion that has up until now, programmed and dominated our matrix and field. When we strip those layers away, we will find we were there all along.

YOU are the one you have been seeking all this time.

Enlightenment or liberation is not some goal to gain in the future, it is who you are here and now when there is no effort to be something else.

With total acceptance, we come back to the core essence of who we are and allow all else to drop away, as and when we remember with not berating the self when we do not and with total self acceptance for all that we are. Rose Kriya is both an ancient and new practise to help you remember more and more in the day to day.

And You are The One

You are the God, the Goddess, the play write of the divine play, you are the lover, the twin flame, the friend, the guru, the teacher, even the parents you have been looking for, that they could not be. And no one else out there can give you what you need and complete you. The Kingdom of God is within you. The true guru is within you. You are your own twin flame. God is a light within you. Your Higher Self is the light of God. You are a wave of the ocean contained of the same water.

This is not a path of ultra independence and isolated cave dwelling either. As you complete within to meet your own self, it is not that you do not need another, we are here to enjoy connection. Gods & Goddesses, saints & sages, scripts of the play, lovers, friends, gurus, teachers, parents can come, and even go, with loving non attachment. By finding inner completion, fulfilment in safety as the source of self, along with loving non attachment, then one finds true love and can then be in healthy relationship with the world and others (as mirror of the self) rooted in self worth, self knowledge and without giving one's power away, so able to look fully in the mermaid's mirror with self responsibility and awareness of both projection and the divine play of grace. That is, liberation.

And so you Wake from the Dream

As the child comes out of the liberated garden of Eden into the teen years, the developing psyche and identity gets sucked into trauma based mind governing programs of illusion and enmeshment which can rule the psyche from then on in. The metaphysical path is about finding our way home, not in some future version of self, but in the here and now. To come out of ego illusion, mind and trauma running the show, and back to standing tall vertical in a horizontal world, as we ascend to build the crystalline body and wake from the dream and more and more able to participate without getting sucked into the fog, drama, enmeshments of every day reality (the divine play). Sitting in the centre of the wheel as it spins through the seasons and weathers, sitting in centre of the body as the breath moves in and out.

This does take practise and happens step by step. But this can also happen with a decision and frequency activation quite rapidly in the blink of an eye. There are usually cycles and layers.

This is the myth of Isis piecing together the fragments of Osiris, who are both aspects within us. This is journey of the resurrection of the christ within and the raising of the dead, such as the story of Lazarus and the Templar rites. It is the spiritual path of the hero's journey from ego into God.

WHAT THIS IS AND WHAT THIS IS NOT

This is NOT complicated. This IS simple guided breath, meditation, kriya and journeying in a sacred space of frequency transmission to activate rose chrism.

This is NOT a trendy commercial new age 'wishy washy' mushy fad of spiritual practices thrown together, instead this IS maintaining the sacred mysteries in sacred circles, and this is respecting clear techniques and lineages, and it is spiritual work for serious practitioners committed to their spiritual path led by a qualified and experienced practitioner. Each rose circle is different and yet each circle is the same - there are fundamental kriyas and pranayams that we return to again and again as a foundation that can be worked with for many decades. Sometimes the classes is more pranayam focused, other times more kriya focused, but there are key practices we will continue to repeat and you can never join too many circles because it is never a job done so you can return to temple circles as often as and when you wish or feel called to do so.

This is NOT for everybody. This is not orthodox practise and so may be 'far out' for some people. I request that you come with respect for the sacred and an open mind & heart. ie this is NOT something you just half heartedly pop into whilst doing other things, because this is sacred space and teachings. So please join calls in a set space for practise. Circles will be of intimate size for those who are truly drawn to be in this sacred transmission, and if you need to leave a live or decide the circles are not for you, then just do so in a way that maintains respect.

This is NOT imposed nor rigidly enforced, there is fluidity and freedom. Therefore, for example, when powerful breath holds and Kriyas are presented, we self listen and pause where necessary in combination with encouragement to move through resistance. Ultimately you know yourself and you are responsible for your self. Whilst we work in respect of clear Kriyas as they have been given, it is more as invitations and you keep your power and adjust accordingly. Some practise is simple, some more advanced, you can pause if you need to.

This is NOT asana that you find in most western yoga classes. This is energy work. We may be sitting still much of the time, although at rare times a little body movement may be presented to help the energy to move. In practise, you sit on the floor but a chair is fine if you are unable to. Body movement is encouraged for you to go and find elsewhere to ground and move energy, be it asana, dance, walking, jumping etc whatever feels good for you, it doesn't matter. Just to move energy.

This is NOT a teacher training, this is a sadhana temple space for lightworkers to find some respite and for your own personal spiritual development to open your own frequency codes and activate your rose chrism for your own self in sacred circle. You will not be certified to pass the kriyas or Pranayam on and teach. I will be sharing soon about the option to teacher train in Rose Kriya, so if you do want to share Rose Kriya with others at some point, reach out to me about this. As a guideline, it would be important you are well practised in Rose Kriya, have a pranayam or yoga certification as well as some experience in rose mysticism.

This is NOT initiation into traditional orthodox Kriya made known by Yogananda and others of the vast branches of Lahiri Mahasaya and other lineages & you can find that elsewhere. If that is your path, I respect that and that one is absolutely the right path for some people and rose kriya does not seek to replace that. There are many different Kriya lineages and variations. This is initiatory in the sense that it is rose temple initiatory rites into Rose Kriya in the Way of the Rose, whereby I share (thus initiate into) some Kriya pranayam from this same Babaji lineage in combination with other Kriya, as foundational techniques for building your rose chrism. This is also similar as initiation into reiki in that as well as learning a practise and tool there is an energy light transmission. Kriya Pranayam is from varied traditions including the Lahihi Mahasaya branch, Himalayan Kriya Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, and also from practices with my current teacher who is a Swami in both Sivananda and Ramakrishna tradition, as well as my own channelled techniques in the way of the rose, as I am guided with sacred permission. I also offer initiations into rose healing reiki rays and at times rose priestess initiation to be rose teachers and rose healers.

This is NOT secretive and you do not have to sign anything to promise to keep it secret, but there IS sacred respect and some of the kriyas taught have been secret for many years due to the power in raising kundalini and subsequent importance of proper practise. So consider for yourself that you do not share the kriyas out to others freely, ie in the same way you would not teach advanced breath work or yoga asana if you were not properly certified to do so. And to consider that these are sacred pearls for those who can respect them and are also ready for the energy. Therefore a sacred container exists to hold the pearls. Ultimately though it is your path and between you and God, your higher intuition to decide for yourself.

Rose Kriya is NOT available elsewhere. You can find Himalayan Kriya in many other schools or Rose Temple teachings or Pranayam, but the combination in this specific way has been created by myself Ishtara Rose after many years of practise and study on the metaphysical path. My mission is to work with kriya and other technique to activate rose chrism, make tools such as kriya accessible to light workers who are anchoring in light to earth at this important time of the prophecy, in a way that keeps the sacred sacred, as a SAFE tool to both embody and transmit light frequency to a high degree, restoring the original teachings and goddess chalices to original light. My mission is also to ensure that women are properly held and also to ensure that the true teachings are respected and not tarnished by the brush of any who have corrupted them. Thus my intention is to restore the original pure rose encoding & the core essence of light.

This is NOT another guru organisation. Instead, this quiet Rose Temple is a space for your own private path of self worth, empowerment, self listening and coming home to Goddess within yourself and your own I Am sovereign presence. I do expect respect for my work, for the teachings here have taken me on a very long journey of many decades of committed practise and study, and it is my life's work to get to this point to compile or download in meditation, at the same time it is not my intention to bring forth another cultish organisation. Please therefore respect that I am transmitting a frequency as my contribution at this time, to spread and amplify the light into the grids. It is essential that both the teachings and teacher are respected and valued, as well as with respect and with value for your self. I am not here to fix or save you, this is not the quick fix work of a magician, it is a spiritual and sacred path. I am a human like you and we work together, and I expect you to be self empowered. You are thus free to take what works FOR YOU and leave what does not, in your own self knowing, and with healthy sacred respect for yourself and for me too.

The Harappan Civilisation (linking Egypt & India & religions of Europe) - is Vishnu the same being as Osiris and Christ?

I have always seen Osiris as aspect of Vishnu but there is not much online that will confirm that, but in meditations this is what I get.

Like Osiris, Vishnu is known as the black one, (ie many idols of Vishnu and his incarnation as Krishna are black). Osiris also brings both whites of purity and the greens of fertility and rebirth. They say there are more green men in the churches of Europe than Marys and Jesus put together. And for many this fertile green man of resurrection is indeed the Christ himself.
