Rose Kriya™ COMBINES Babaji's Himalayan Kriya pranayam with wayS of the rose
Rose Kriya is a sacred circle practise that combines ancient Himalayan Kriyas to activate your energy body, Pranayam to balance and anchor the energies, and Rose Temple journeying for your own direct inner intuitive guidance into the inner mysteries and for deep inner embodiment of light into your inner vessel.
The yogic kriya meets the rose, the masculine meets the feminine, and when two things come together they make a third or a one in the middle... then we are truly are working with the one and with harmony.
Rose Kriya has come through to help navigate the forthcoming intense energies over the next few years. Personally I feel it will get crazier and crazier out there and anyone who is going more and more into heightened ESP will simultaneously be feeling the collective energies more and will need the tools to anchor and ground. This is what has come for me to personally navigate this in my energy body, and after dedicated personal practice, I have now decided to share it with others.
ROSE KRIYA is presented as an ancient mary temple practice with initiation rites and guided journeying into other realms for direct transmission, and communion with the higher self in heart through self listening. We are bringing kriya and pranayam back into the sacred ma-re temples. Working with the two fishes or eyes of the pineal and womb or hara is ancient temple practise to go into the spiritual heart and open to the light of your soul essence.
Nothing but this light is true, and all else is not, and so it is.

This is the Rose lineage and so it is Kriya of the Rose temples. It is as an ancient sacred temple practise to initiate into rose kriya, activate diamond frequency into pineal and root, heart and womb, and open the rose chrism
We are working with structures of ancient Kriyas & Pranayam in sacred respectful Mary (ma-ra) Goddess rose temple rose ways of self listening and journeying into the mysteries.
His structure holds her flow.
The kriya needs the rose mysticism, and the rose mysticism needs the kriya.
THE PRACTISE
is simple, an hour on zoom calls and for anyone drawn to come and sit in temple, no matter where you are on your path and no matter if you are an ordained priestess or not. Sometimes we know we should be doing some pranayam or kriya for our alignment but need a guide just to hold that space. Sometimes we just need a sacred sanctuary to just show up weekly and be guided for an hour. This is therefore presented as an easy container to just turn up and sit and do some powerful energy work for yourself, making kriya pranayam and meditation inspiring, deep and fulfilling, by bringing it to the feminine journeying into the inner or the astral realms to enable you to have direct transmissions, open your psychic senses, and to access, align, anchor, hold and ground high energies into body safely in ways that are regulating.
THE TOOL
This is a much needed tool to help in these intense times, for navigation of big energies in personal lives as well as in the collective at this enormous time and to help the navigation of the huge resets and transitions in the next forthcoming years. It aims to help regulate the nervous system at a time when the kundalini may be raising too fast for many, and comes as a response to controversies in spiritual and yogic organisations, as well as as response to the modern new age modalities which are consuming in nature and omitting the sacred, in a culture where spirituality has unfortunately become all about manifestation or constant fixing of a problem for a solution, or something to gain based on something deemed wrong or lacking).
The journey of the Rose is a spiritual path, and as such the practise of Kriya is a practise - it is a tool to initiate into and learn, and then to continue to practise to master, either in your very own ways or to return to circles if or when you feel drawn.
Rose Kriya has taken dedicated intensive and committed spiritual practise over many years to bring it into creation. The mission is to ensure that the true temple teachings are restored, and made accessible to those ready but at the same time kept private & deeply respected as mysteries that are holy and sacred; for this is the work of the chalice and her pearls are of highest value.

Rose Kriya was launched in 2026 after being first introduced in The Rose Sutras by Ishtara Rose, the handbook for the way of the rose priestesses and lovers of the divine feminine.
Rose Kriya is also contained (™) to keep it properly held and it has been brought through by its creator, but this is not guru esq, there is no secret order with rules and there are no vows. Instead there are guidelines which call for sacred healthy respect for the self as well as for the teachings and teachers. With recent exposures we don't let the pendulum swing the other way to go against the sacred teachings or true teachers.
The age of 'no guru' is all about self listening which actually invites empowered respect and responsibility for self & others, and to encourage direct connection to your own higher self for your own wisdoms to intuitively adapt teachings for your self, with respect for the precision of ancient knowledge.
Whilst it may seem good that spiritual teachings are today made accessible, either free for all or put on the market place with financial exchange as a call of value; we also look to simultaneously keep them private in temple, not to be consumed as a product, reserved for those who are ready, to ensure safe kundalini and safeguard the sacred womb.
How to walk this balance?
Rose Kriya is all about finding that balance - making teachings accessible and yet keeping the sacred sacred - rather than spreading on market place as new consumer trend that destroys the sacred, having too cheap they are not valued or too expensive that they become cheap, or keeping too hidden where it can be corrupted.
Ishtara Rose - I am now in my fifties and have been on a very long journey in both my personal and work life over many years to bring this through, as a born clairvoyant and Keeper of the Sacred Rites, a High Priestess with extensive experience as medium and mystic running a mystery school temple, as well as a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, Himalayan Kriya Yoga teacher, Pranayama instructor amongst other modalities; author of 'Mary Magdalene Way of the Rose' (2017), 'The Rose Sutras' (2025) and channel of various reiki rays including Rose Reiki.

CHRIST - CHRISNA - CRYSTALLINE - CRIYA
KHRISTOS - KRISHNA - KRYSTALLINE - KRIYA

I have been shown a dusty forgotten ancient book with a hidden chapter to bring alive again for this time. That chapter was Rose Kriya. It combines the essence of Babaji's Himalayan Kriya practices with the essence of rose mysticism in a new way that is also ancient and highly sacred, with Babaji's initiation, encouragement and blessing amongst other guides both masculine and feminine, such as Mary and Mataji. The ancient yogis all revere the divine feminine and are anointed by her.
High and sacred spiritual techniques like kriya have often been held in secret in hidden realms, or partly accessible only in a certain way, in order to protect them & maintain sacred respect, reserved only for those who were truly ready; yet this secrecy enabled the teachings or teachers to become more easily corrupted, used as political control machines and governed by patriarchal programs, with the more feminine aspect of teachings being abandoned or even demeaned.
It is certainly ironic that the yogic path which is all about dropping ego, has become littered with organisations steeped in ego, and we are now having to strip that away to find the true essence - just like the spiritual journey that is taking place within us, aka the hero's journey home.
With the rise of exposure of these corruptions, many yogic and spiritual paths have tipped into the other extreme with mass accessibility, so that the sacred has become infiltrated by mass consumerism (where spirituality becomes about manifestation and desire) and thus with even less of the sacred feminine aspect than ever before, yet in guise of positive eco liberalism and liberation.
Although of course it is good that these teachings are becoming accessible, we must ensure to maintain their sacred essence so the sacred teachings do not turn into consumerist tools used for gain in commercial industries and politics, so we must ensure to balance sacred respect for both the true teachings and true teachers with our own inner knowing and our guru within. We must ensure not to go to the other extreme and tar true teachers and teachings with the same brush as corrupted ones.
Rose Kriya is therefore a response to these kinds of enquiries, a way of offering a practise that respects the true teachings as deeply sacred, recognising that truth coming from deep inner self listening & sacred respect, to attempt to come away from co-dependant spirituality and instead take self empowered responsibility, not looking to be saved & fixed or to save & fix. It is about bringing it back to the core of sacred practise and to the core of the inner Light, and into the feminine temple. With highest gentle respect working with kriya as part of Goddess temple rites, we work with the chalice and her yoni gates, for example, for root and yoni energy work to be taught to women by women as it once was in rose goddess temples. Rose Kriya is about encouraging practitioners to maintain sacred respect and only teach what we know is true from our inner direct knowing (gnosis) rather than a regurgitation of ethos that the mind has learnt.
This is all about approach and energy: it’s not what you say but how you say it, it’s not what you do but how you do it. It is possible for teachings to be accessible in a way that maintains respect, rather than as another empty trend. Rose Kriya also attempts to meet the healthy balance of value without it being overtly commercialised: one can put on a low price and it becomes de-valued, or put a high price that makes it cheap. The royal codes can never be sold but practitioners must of course be valued for their time.
Rose Kriya is not endorsed by a large organisation and although it may potentially get accreditation in time, it is also recognised that many large organisation that give accreditation are owned by corrupted corporations and controversial leaders.
So Rose Kriya is all about these kind of balances, to find respect for self with respect for others, to restore the rose feminine aspect of the teachings, to honour the sacred core essence of the teachings and keep the sacred sacred in this time when all is being made easily available, yet to make them available to those ready for the harmony of this earth, for leaps in consciousness with safe integration of the current incoming light energies and for generally aiding the navigation of these times for those drawn and ready or resonant.

What Is Rose Kriya?
25 min audio What is Rose Kriya?
Kriya is a way to both anchor high energy rays into body at this immense time, as well as a way to cut through inner trauma or atmospheric poisons.
Rose Kriya is about bringing back the true essence to kriya, and it is the missing piece to rose work. It is about bringing the feminine back to the masculine with the rose into the kriya; and bringing the masculine to hold the feminine with kriya into the rose (behind every successful man is a woman) as the 2 energies within you, to become whole
